Daily Chores
Piles of books,
and CDs too,
my e-mail says
renew, renew.

The latest ask:
Sign this petition!
It is
a treat to press delete.
Slow mail piles
hold more that’s due
from those who write:
renew, renew. . .
your membership,
our magazine,
insurance slip,
nature in need.
Recycle bin. Drop paper in!
